Cholesterol - Killer Facts

A high cholesterol level is a major cause for heart disease, but achieving a healthy cholesterol level isn't as hard as you may think. Everybody needs some cholesterol of blood. Vitamin D and essential hormones can simply occur in our body with the help of this naturally occurring nutrient.
