The debate has raged on for a long time, but a study focused by Penelope Greene of their Harvard School of Public Health we have found that individuals who are following a lower carb diet can ' eat calories than people over a standard low-fat diet and are still lose weight!

Dr. Atkins first trumpeted that restricting carbs allowed for less attention attributed to caloric intake, but lately everyone has said this idea was first wrong.
